    Toyota Supra MKIV

    In July 1993, the fourth and so far last generation of the Supra came on the market. Internationally, this type is called " Supra MKIV ".

    Toyota Supra MKIII

    In early 1986, the third generation of the Supra was introduced. It is also the first that has not been marketed with the suffix Celica.

    Celica Supra (MK2)

    The second generation was presented in the fall of 1981 and had a completely independent drive with the new (170 hp) 6-cylinder engines.

    2000GT & Supra MK1

    The first Supra built from spring 1978 to summer 1981 was still offered as a top version of the Celica first in Japan and later in the United States.

    Hallo zusammen,


    Da ich mich schon seit länger Zeit sehr für die Toyota Supra mk3 und die Toyota Supra mk4 und uach deren Tuning interessiere, und nun auf die Billet Motorblöcke gestoßen bin, wollte ich mal fragen ob jemand eine Antwort auf meine Frage kennt. Nun zu meiner frage, ich hatte gesehen das es bei denen 3 verschiedene Versionen gibt (Dry Deck, Wet Deck und Solid Dragster). Letzteres sollte selbsterklärend sein aber nun frage ich mich was der Unterschied vom Dry Deck zum Wet Deck ist. Ich bin zwar leider noch ein bisschen jung, der Traum einer Supra bleibt also wahrscheinlich noch ein paar Jahre unerfüllt, da ich mich aber trotzdem sehr für die Technik usw. interessiere würde ich mich über eine Antwort freuen.

    PS:Weiß jemand den unterschied zwischen einem longblock und einem shortblock?
